Jonathan Meisel

Jonathan Meisel joined CBRE in 2017 as Senior Vice President and brings 35 years of commercial real estate experience and market expertise throughout New Jersey, with a focus on the Tri-State area. Mr. Meisel has successfully completed several hundred lease transactions in excess of 10 million sq. ft., and he is a market leader in data center and office leasing, critical facilities business development and client-service delivery. During his career, Mr. Meisel has completed major critical-facility transactions on behalf of corporate data center occupiers such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Meisel received NAIOP’s prestigious Pillar Award, given to members who set an example of involvement for others over many years of active membership, service in leadership roles, advocacy, and sponsorships. In 2010 and 2011, NJBiz’s annual real estate report named Mr. Meisel among the most influential real estate professionals in New Jersey (ranked 26th and 35th respectively). Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Meisel served as Managing Director, responsible for the P&L of 5 offices in the suburban Tri State at JLL. Jon served as the eastern U.S. executive leader of its data center practice group. Prior to JLL, he was at Cushman & Wakefield for 17 years.
