Jonathan is a graduate of Syracuse University Whitman School of Management where he earned dual degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises. After graduating from Syracuse he worked in finance in New York for a proprietary trading firm. Transitioning into the commercial real estate industry, Jonathan started his career at Bell Cornerstone where he learned tenant rep and helped develop the disposition arm of the company. Eventually he transitioned into the role of Director of Leasing and Disposition for the company. He later joined Acropolis Realty Group to build the commercial division there. He joined Ironhorn Enterprises in 2023 where he helps manage a rapidly growing industrial IOS portfolio for the company. Over the course of his career, he has been privileged to work with many top national and regional clients such as Wegmans, C&S Engineers, SRC Inc., Gannett Media, Upstate Medical University, Sutherland Global, Stickley Audi & Co., Kris-Tech Wire, American Cancer Society and others. Jonathan enjoys real estate because of the exposure to a variety of industries and people. He finds it enjoyable that every deal and client need is unique. Jonathan's experience ranges from marketing, sales and negotiating to financial analysis, development and client relations. His focus now is managing unique real estate projects/properties that provide clients the opportunity to expand, protect, maximize the financial capabilities of their real estate both locally and nationally.
