Jonathan Jassebi

Jonathan Jassebi is an industry-recognized broker and member of the Metro Vancouver Industrial Group at JLL. As Vice President of the Industrial Division, Jonathan primarily focuses on the Delta and Richmond industrial markets and specializes in strata project sales, building sales, landlord agency and tenant mandates. Jonathan’s persistent market canvassing and business development activities have allowed him to proactively identify and build relationships with local, regional, and multi-national industrial businesses, purchasers, investors, and developers. In addition to developing an in-depth knowledge of local industrial market trends, buildings and developments, Jonathan has focused on cultivating client relationships based on accountability, dedication, and trust. Jonathan is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a graduate of the Professional Real Estate program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT)
