Jonathan is focused on providing full-service real estate solutions for owners, occupiers and investors of real estate. Jonathan concentrates on industrial leasing, investment and land sales. On the leasing side, he assists clients with their relocation, expansion, contraction and renewal negotiations. On the investment side, he is actively sourcing private capital groups and helps facilitate a systematic process for the acquisition or disposition of income producing properties. His background in leasing, as well as understanding the market dynamics of real estate, enables him to help clients stay ahead of the curve. Jonathan’s primary responsibilities include business development, financial analysis, property underwriting and the development of comprehensive marketing programs. Jonathan has one of the highest service excellence scores in the company because he assists his clients in meeting their unique objectives through a collaborative approach.
