Jonathan Hertel

Jonathan joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2021 and currently serves as Ownership Representative. In this role, he works with local brokers and user groups to lease existing industrial space at the Majestic Commercenter in Aurora, Colorado and seeks out development opportunities within the business park for build-to-suit and spec product. He graduated from Baylor University in May of 2021 with a BBA in Real Estate and is a licensed broker in the state of Colorado. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys skiing in the winter and playing ultimate frisbee during the summer.
