Jonathan Greenberg

Jonathan Greenberg serves as Vice President at Katz & Associates. His focus is on landlord and tenant representation throughout New York and New Jersey. Jonathan has been in the industry for over 15 years and has successfully negotiated and closed 25+ million square feet of retail and office leases worth more than $100 million. He oversees all aspects of the transaction process. Prior to joining Katz, Jonathan served as Vice President of Retail Development at Forest City Realty Trust in Brooklyn where he focused on retail leasing and before that he was a Director of Leasing at Olshan Properties in Manhattan.
