For more than 30 years, Jonathan has been working in the ownership and management of the family’s portfolio of Commercial/Multi-family properties located throughout the US. By way of example, some of the properties Jonathan continues to own and manage include Oaklee/Leeds, 397 Units, and 1001 Arion Park Road, Baltimore, MD. The Vue, 109 Units, 4545 Wheeler Road, Oxon Hill, MD. Oakley Village,230 units, 5600 54 Avenue Riverdale, MD. Las Vegas Portfolio, 480 Units, 5155 Escondido Street, Las Vegas, NV. In 2019, Jonathan relocated to Miami and founded Einhorn Capital Group “ECG,” focusing solely on land acquisitions throughout Central and South Florida. ECG investments thus far include Emerald Green Apartments, and 190 ground development in Okeechobee, FL. site work will commence on Oct 2022. Aura Estates, ground-up development of 11 Villas and a small plaza. 1700 N Andrews Ave Fort Lauderdale, FL. 257 Acres of heavy Industrial land. It is currently being plotted; the plan is to build an industrial park with railroad access. Jonathan graduated from New Castle University, London, where he earned his Master’s in Talmudical studies.
