Jonathan Doty is Senior Vice President of retail and industrial brokerage with NAI Capital Commercial for Southern California covering Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego, and Imperial Counties. Jonathan oversees and supports strategic business pursuits for national, regional and local tenants in these trade areas. Jonathan has over 29 years of commercial development and brokerage expertise. His recent experience includes 14 years at a private equity firm specializing in commercial development, investment, and property management located in Los Angeles, California, where he over saw the acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing and on-gong management of the firm’s projects which included more than 140 properties with over 7MM square feet. Prior to this, Jonathan worked in the Real Estate Departments for Smart & Final, Vons/Safeway and Homebase where he led teams for new store developments, remodels, expansions, and relocations throughout California, Arizona and Nevada.
