He has worked on a variety of retail and office lease transactions, quickly building loyal relationships with brokers, land owners and business owners in Los Angeles County. He specializes in the Westside submarket, and has swiftly attained a strong grasp of all the elements needed to complete a successful lease transaction. As a member of the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, he regularly attends city planning meetings, gaining knowledge of the historic preservations in West Hollywood, and is active in the quarterly Real Estate Brokers Roundtable.ndtable.
