Jonathan has been active in commercial real estate since 2008, starting his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company’s industrial development team in Houston, TX. Jonathan brings an “owner mentality” to Legacy & its clients, having previously been a principal of a real estate private equity firm and an owner of a sign manufacturing company. Jonathan’s history of being an owner brings a unique perspective and approach to brokerage services and provides results for his clients. He specializes in investment sales (acquisition and dispositions), tenant rep and leasing of industrial, retail, mixed-use & medical office properties. In addition to brokerage/transactional services, Jonathan oversees Legacy sponsored investments (acquisitions/development) & manages all aspects of the investment process, including underwriting, due diligence, securing capital (debt & equity), project development/construction and asset management. He also provides leadership to the firm in operations, talent acquisition/development and strategic growth. Jonathan is a native Tulsan and enjoys spending time with his wife & son, traveling or just hanging out as a family.
