Jonathan Cocca
Jonathan brings over 20 years of real-estate and sales experience to the First Amherst team.
As Director of Leasing at First Amherst, Jonathan is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s leasing, marketing and lease administration functions. Prior to joining First Amherst, Jonathan held the position of New York Regional Manager where he oversaw the sales and operations of the business for his region. Jonathan also has extensive experience as a Business Development, Property Management and Leasing. Jonathon brokered multiple real estate projects throughout his tenure. He has demonstrated success in entering new markets in a variety of industries, growing territories in target markets, creating expansion plans, and fostering business relationships. Jonathan graduated from SUNY College at Buffalo with a BS in Communications, holds his NYS Real Estate License since 2010. Jonathon is a board member for Educators of America and an active member of the WNY chapter of the New York Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR). Jonathan resides in Buffalo with his wife and two daughters.
