Jon Chalfie was named the broker-in-charge of Landmark Enterprises in April of 2020. An economics graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Jon has 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Jon specializes in office and small warehouse space as well as investment properties throughout the Charleston area. He represents businesses who are looking for advice on site selection, negotiation and lease evaluation as well as Landlords who are looking to get their property premium visibility and ultimately the highest return on their investment. Jon is very active within the Charleston community. Through his Rotary involvement Jon became a Paul Harris Fellow and earned Presidential Citations from the Rotary Club of Daniel Island. He has served on several local boards including the American Heart Association, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and Charleston Trident Association of Realtors over the years. Jon also served a two year term as the President of the Mt. Pleasant Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time he enjoys live music, golf, and is a passionate supporter of the US men’s national soccer team.
