Jonathan Bench joined Marcus & Millichap in September 2011. Jonathan brings with him a wealth of knowledge about the real estate market throughout the Puget Sound that has helped him jump start his career in commercial real estate sales. Over the last several years Jonathan has proven to be an expert in the northwestern markets as he has listed and closed more than $120 Million dollars in Multi Family and Manufactured Housing transactions. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap Jonathan worked as a Loan Officer since 2002 for several Mortgage Brokers throughout King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. He successfully closed both conventional and sub-prime loans throughout the state of Washington, and was consistently recognized as a top producer in his field. In 2007 Jonathan obtained his real estate license so that he could offer even more services to his clients. As a residential agent he not only specialized in helping his clients buy and sell homes, but also in helping banks dispose of bank owned properties.
