Jonata Dayan, Executive Vice President Commercial Condo/Co-op Sales of HSP Real Estate Group, joined what was then Winoker Realty Company, Inc. in September of 2001. Prior to that, she spent 15 years as an owner/manager responsible for the daily operation and showroom for a successful manufacturing company in the New York fashion industry. Ms. Dayan, whose specialties include commercial co-ops and condominiums, started Winoker Realty's Office Condominium and Co-op Division in 2005. She continues to head up the commercial Co-op and Condo division and has developed a sub specialty in medical space at HSP Real Estate Group formerly known as EVO Real Estate Group. The division has far surpassed $100 million in retail condo, office condo and co-op sales. Ms. Dayan and her group are also involved in investment sales and acquisitions. She serves as the exclusive leasing agent for 320 Fifth Avenue and represents tenants in leasing transactions as well. Her clients include, among many others, The Zionists of America, Bon Jour Capital, Mondani Accessories, Etienne Aigner, Felina Intimate Apparel, Guess, Granger & Levitt, and The Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts, Daniel Golden Architects and Voorsanger Architects. Ms. Dayan has been involved in a broad variety of real estate transactions, including the purchase and management of commercial and residential properties. Her experience includes the development of smaller office condominium units at the Bar Building and 800 Second Avenue. Her business experience and problem solving skills bring a unique perspective to the complexities of the real estate industry.
