Jonas Skovdal, a native of Lower Bucks County and current resident of Philadelphia, joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 as an Associate of the Industrial Brokerage Group. Mr. Skovdal currently serves as a Director on the Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey Industrial team and specializes in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey Industrial Markets specifically. While with Cushman & Wakefield, Jonas has represented both local and institutional Tenants, Landlords, landowners and buyers throughout the Philadelphia MSA. Highlighted transactions include representing Alliance HSP on the acquisition of the Delco Logistics Center, a 63-acre, 770,000 SF Class A development in Eddystone, PA, representing Endurance Real Estate Group on a 176,700 SF Class A lease in Souderton, PA and representing Advance Realty and The Davis Companies on 667,000 SF, $33 million building sale in Lansdale, PA.
