Jon Wittner

Jon Wittner was born and raised in Tampa, FL and is a 3rd generation family resident. Influenced by his Uncle, Jon became interested in Development. After achieving BS degrees in Real Estate and Finance, Jon began a 7-year stint in Medical Facilities Development, Project & Partnership Management of significant MOB projects with Physician partners. Jon joined family members already involved in the redevelopment of the Sales Team at Black Diamond Ranch, where he was a leading sales agent in this specialized field of Elite Second Home Golf Communities sales. Jon yearned to get back to commercial development and formed a partnership with a wealth partner from Peregrine International. The firm was developing ground up Fuel and Convenience Store development with highlights including the Wesley Chapel Rooms to Go/RTG Kids and the Shoppes of Wesley Chapel. He then spent 3 years in Commercial brokerage with Grimaldi Commercial realty Corp., leaving for KW Commercial after achieving a listing portfolio of $76 million. He is the founder and Managing Director of KW Commercial Tampa Bay. Jon has 27 years experience in commercial real estate development and brokerage. Jon's practice is focused on Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, Retail and Hospitality. Jon represents a variety of local, regional, and national tenants. Jon has additional specialization in sourcing off market acquisitions and waterfront hospitality.
