Focused on office leasing, and working side-by-side with Corporate Services Director Ben Gilliam, former CU linebacker Jon Treter has brought his background of success, discipline and results-oriented performance to his real estate career. In just his second year in the business, he completed 34 tenant representation transactions, followed by 61 transactions in which he represented either the landlord or tenant the following year. Years 2004 and 2005 were record years for Jon as he earned top award honors both locally in the Denver-Metro area, and nationally. As a Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors member, he garnered the "Heavy Hitter" label in just his third and fourth years in the business, while claiming Coldwell Banker Commercial National Circle of Distinction honors earned by the top Brokers in the CB family across the country. Jon''''s experience over the last five years has included Landlord representation of projects ranging from 2,100 square foot owner/user opportunities to 173,000 square foot Central Business District high-rise opportunities, contribution to the success of both the sales and leasing assignments of those projects. His Tenant Representation skills have benefited a wide variety of Tenants ranging from non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 clientele, from 1,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet.
