Jon Ohlgren specializes in the valuation, sale and purchase of ag-zoned property in the Tri-Counties, regularly advising clients in conjunction with teams of local professionals on potential use and development opportunities in the agricultural space including complex pre- and post-sale entitlement processes. Jon’s extensive clientele includes institutional investors, international corporations, wineries/viticulturalists, non-profits, agricultural investors and private individuals. Jon served on the Advisory Board of the White Buffalo Land Trust, assisting in the acquisition of the 1,000 acre Jalama Canyon Ranch.
