Jon Michael

Jon L. Michael is the co-founder of Bridge Commercial Real Estate. He is an award-winning expert in the Houston-area commercial real estate market. Jon’s primary responsibilities at Bridge include the leasing of single and multi-tenant properties, investment sales, and property transactions. Together with Ed Bane, they head up the overall business development for Bridge Commercial Real Estate. Previously, Jon served as the Vice President of NAI Partners. Jon served as Marketing Director at Holt Lunsford Commercial where his responsibilities included project leasing, tenant representation, and business development. During his 14 years in real estate, Jon has leased over 20 million square feet with a total leasehold value of $350 million and has been directly involved in over $200 million in acquisitions.
