Jon Malkin

Jon Malkin is a partner at Waterside Property Group. He is the head of acquisitions and manages all day-to-day operations. Prior to joining WPG, he spent 15 years in the financial services industry. He worked for 9 years in investment banking at CIBC World Markets and then 6 years as a principal investor at Cerberus Capital management. Jon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University.
