Jon Larson

Jon is an industrial real estate broker who has focused on the Inland Empire Market for the past eight (8) years. His experience is multi-faceted as he has represented Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, and Landlords with their building, land, and investment needs. A tireless cold-caller door to door and on the phone, Jon digs up relevant real time market knowledge as well as off-market information that sets him apart. Prior to embarking in a real estate career, Jon was a high school theology teacher and volleyball coach at Orange Lutheran High School for six (6) years. He brings a unique desire to educate his clients in order to increase their comfort and confidence in each transaction. This genuine approach doesn’t always yield short term results, but it does create a bond that has proven to generate long term success and tight network of clients. Jon graduated from Concordia University – Irvine, CA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology. He is also working on a M.A in Philosophy at Biola University.
