Throughout his career, he has gained detailed experience in retrofitting property for restaurant use, including the placement of exhaust chases and hood systems and electrical and plumbing for kitchens, bars, and bathrooms. Jon has extensive experience walking with landlords and tenants through retail property development, for both build-to-suit and acquisition and redevelopment.
