Jon Hendel
Founder and President of TerraMax, Inc. Jon has 20 years experience in real estate management, leasing and development. His strong background in financial analysis, leasing, acquisitions, construction and management enables him to develop and implement complete solutions to clients’ business needs. Early in his career, Jon served as Treasurer of Hendel’s Inc., a gasoline wholesale and retail business. He managed all aspects of a company owning 28 gas stations and wholesaling gasoline to 30 other. During his tenure, gasoline sales increased from 16 million gallons per year to 25 million gallons. Managing the zoning approval process and construction, he developed 14 gas stations into convenience stores with gasoline. Jon holds a bachelor of arts in history from Yale University and a master of business administration in finance and real estate from UCLA.
