Jon’s focus has been on office and retail freehold and leasehold disposals. In addition to this, he has successfully represented a range of office occupiers in acquiring suitable premises. Jon has been with Strettons since 2012 during which time he built up a strong and varied client base acting for a range of Investors, Developers, Local Authorities and Occupiers including Aitch Group, Boultbee Brooks Real Estate, HDG, L&Q, City of London, London Borough of Hackney, Scape Student Living and Shelter. In addition, Jon regularly acts for a variety of smaller/niche property investors and family trusts.
