Jon joined Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate in 2012. His focus at Cawley is development planning, brokerage, and real estate investment advisory. He lends his development expertise across Cawley’s greater Chicagoland portfolio. In this capacity Jon provides or clients with actionable value creation strategies in all phases of a properties life cycle. He was raised near Starved Rock / LaSalle County, Illinois. His familiarity in this region at the intersection of US Route 80 and 39 is invaluable to both owners and buyers in that submarket. Beyond his focus on this geographic area. His goal is to unlock value through conceptualizing highest and best use strategies, and targeted marketing to high probability buyers. He currently lives both downtown Chicago and Utica, Illinois.
