Jon Bloom

Jon Bloom is an Investment Property Specialist at Miller and Desatnik Realty Corp. Prior to working at Miller and Desatnik, Jon worked in healthcare sales for Kaiser Permanente and as a commercial leasing agent for KMK Capital Corp. It was during his brief time as a commercial leasing agent that he began to learn the ins and outs of the multi-family business. Jon specializes in multi-family and land sales for new multi-family development projects. Over his career, he has sold several large development sites in prime Los Angeles areas. He prides himself in understanding new initiatives and zoning changes and how those impact a properties value. Jon prides himself in being a good listener to his client needs and approaches each transaction with enthusiasm and a high level of accountability and professionalism. Jon holds a History degree from The University of Oregon and a masters from University of Southern California Price’s School of Planning & Public Policy. Jon lives in Culver City with his wife and two-year-old daughter. In his free time he enjoys golfing, and hiking with his family in the Santa Monica mountains.
