Jon Bias

Jon handles leasing and sales of all property types, serving both commercial landlords and tenants. As a former collegiate football player at UC Davis, Jon learned a great deal about being part of a team, along with three important factors that have helped him succeed: Effective communication, preparation, and work ethic. At PDF, whether analyzing a property to ascertain its value, scouring a specific submarket for a tenant in need of a second-generation restaurant, or having a weekly conference call with an owner to provide updates on their shopping center, Jon applies these three traits. Since joining the team in 2015, he’s assisted his team in securing the 2017 CoStar Power Broker of the Year for Leasing, was a finalist for the ACRE Rookie of the Year, and was awarded the 2021 and 2022 ACRE Next Gen Retail Broker of the Year. When he’s not spending time with his wife Jenna and daughter Isla, Jon is most likely running around with his two German Shepherds, playing poker, lifting weights, or enjoying a craft brew with friends and family.
