ABOUT

Over the years Jon has gained widespread knowledge of the retail sector of the market, dealing with the acquisition and disposal of retail premises, either for sale or rent, throughout Leicester city centre and countywide. His currently focus is on acquiring commercial investments for clients, as well as continuing to deal with and expand the property management side of A+A. He maintains active involvement with landlord and tenant issues, including lease renewals and rent reviews.
