Johnny Owens is a native of Lawton-Fort Sill who has been in the Commercial Real Estate Business since 1989. He opened his own company in 1992, where he became the leading commercial real estate company and broker in the surrounding area. In February 2020, Johnny Owens Commercial Properties, Inc merged with Cummins-Setters Commercial Partners, LLC to form the largest Commercial Real Estate Company in Southwest Oklahoma. Johnny continues to partner at CSCP with Linda Mask. Johnny has been very instrumental in the growth of Lawton-Fort Sill, and in bringing many brand-name companies and chain stores to the area such as Applebee’s, Chilis, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, Lowes, O’Reilly’s, Cellular One and was instrumental in the selling of Central Mall and many others. Johnny stays involved in the revitalization of the downtown Lawton-Fort Sill area and in the continued growth of Lawton-Fort Sill. He attended Cameron University and is a member of the Presidents Partners, is an active member of the U.S. Field Artillery Association, Association of the United States Army, Masonic Lodge #540, Lawton-Fort Sill Shriners, Lawton-Fort Sill Inner Circle, Arvest Bank Board of Directors, Lawton-Fort Sill Co-op and is one of the founders of the Starlight Foundation. Johnny is a member of the National and Oklahoma Association of Realtors. He sat on the Lawton Fort Sill Board of Realtors Board and is a past president. Johnny is Comanche County Central District Commissioner and is in the third term. He sits on many of Lawton’s boards such as Lawton-Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Comanche County Health Department, Lawton Fort Sill Airport Authority, Comanche County Memorial Hospital and many others. Johnny is a family man and member of First Assembly of God remains very active in the Lawton Community. His interests are his family & friends, his work and golf. Johnny specializes in all forms of real estate. Living in Lawton all his life, Johnny has a great knowledge of the town and its properties. He has worked well with the city, county and its economic development in bringing many companies to Lawton Fort Sill and Southwest Oklahoma.
