Johnny Neff is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Johnny recently joined Premises Commercial Real Estate as a new broker, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his previous roles with top industry firms such as Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Transwestern, and others. Throughout his career, Johnny has focused on various aspects of the leasing world, including office leasing in San Diego, CA, and retail leasing in Memphis, TN. He has also managed national and regional tenant rep accounts for clients such as the U.S. General Services Administration and the United States Postal Service, completing as many as 150 leases per year. With his diverse background in the industry, Johnny is well-equipped to handle the challenges and trends of the office leasing market. He is committed to leveraging his expertise and knowledge to help clients achieve their commercial real estate goals. Johnny’s dedication to service excellence and integrity is evident through his recognition as the recipient of CBRE’s R.I.S.E. Respect/Integrity/Service/Excellence) Values Award. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Communication and Fine Arts from the University of Memphis, where he also was a 4-year starter and team captain for the Men’s Soccer Team (he even kicked around in a couple of professional leagues before getting a “real job”). He is a proud husband and father of two children. Johnny’s passion for the commercial real estate industry is only matched by his commitment to his family and community. He enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and participating in various community activities in his free time.
