He is the Executive Director of Zhang Group, a family office funded by his father Henry Zhang and CEO of Primior Inc. an development and asset management firm specializing in commercial real estate. As CEO at Primior Inc. he focuses on finding prime investment deals with excellent returns for his clients and educating them on the typical myths of investing as well as the pitfalls and traps even astute investors may fall into with real estate investing. Johnney graduated with a Business Administration degree from Teesside University in United Kingdom. Johnney has started his early real estate investment career while he was in University by doing fix and flip for single family residential homes at Newcastle upon Tess in UK for an average 30% annualized return. He has unique expertise in many aspects of real estate development and investment, while specializing in luxury custom homes and high-end commercial properties.
