His journey began as an Auctioneer at East Tennessee Development and Auction Company, where he honed his skills after completing programs at Mendenhall Auction School in North Carolina and Nashville Auction School in Tennessee. Transitioning into the role of Principal Broker at TCI Group Jerry Petzolt Agency in Johnson City marked a significant chapter in Johnathan's career. After several rewarding years with TCI Group, he founded The Brokers Realty & Auction, Inc. in 2014, focusing on Commercial Real Estate & Auctions.
