John Zengel

John, with over 45 years of experience in the Dental Industry, joined DT Spade to embark on the next chapter of his career. Throughout his extensive tenure, he has been instrumental in assisting dentists in choosing the right location, designing new offices, redesigning existing offices, coordinating with builders to ensure the realization of the dentist's vision, and selecting appropriate equipment to meet their needs. John’s role at DTSpade is to help Dentist with Real Estate related issues. New Leases, finding the right location thru proprietary analytics, the purchase of a building when the Dentist is tired of leasing a space, etc. John has Project Management experience thru 45 plus years of working with Contractors. His job is to Consult Dr’s on office design and to simplify the complexity of building a Dental office, John understands how valuable Dentist time is and works hard every day to maximize every minute.
