John Woodhams

As Managing Director, John works as a representative for Newburger-Andes buildings, representing the company in multi-tenant retail and office buildings with his primary focus being industrial space. In addition to being a Landlord Rep, John represents clients in finding spaces that fit their needs outside of the Newburger-Andes portfolio of properties. As a Leasing & Sales Agent for the past nine years, John has completed approximately 800 lease transactions (Landlord/Seller Rep, Tenant/Buyer Rep and lease renewals). Additionally, in 2021 alone, he has represented buyers and sellers in closing approximately $115,000,000 of commercial sales. John is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Business Management. Prior to receiving his Real Estate License and joining Newburger-Andes, John worked at his family's business, Woodhams Eye Clinic, as the Medical Billing Director. John is proud to be a Certified Commercial Investment Member, having earned the designation of CCIM; a designation held by only 6% of real estate professionals. The designation curriculum covers essential CCIM skills sets including financial, market, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. CCIMs present a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience. Finally, they demonstrate their proficiency in the CCIM skill sets by successfully completing a comprehensive examination. In addition to being a CCIM designee, John is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. In his free time, John enjoys playing squash, golf, padel and platform tennis. He has recently become a Professional Squash Doubles player and has traveled to many tournaments across the United States, achieving a world ranking of 42 on the pro circuit.
