John is a Partner at Fortress Realty Partners. Prior to joining Fortress, John was responsible for the leasing of Monday Properties’ 5 million square foot Northern Virginia office portfolio. Prior to joining Monday Properties, John was the Director of Leasing for Equity Office Properties where he was the primary leasing agent responsible for Equity Office’s Northern Virginia portfolio. He has over 25+ years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Wharton received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. He is a Board Member of NAIOP’s Northern Virginia chapter, serves on the board of The Arlington Real Estate Group and an active member of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA).
