John Vickers

John Vickers is a native of Charlotte, which gives him an advantage while assisting his clients, as he is intimately familiar with not only Charlotte's landscape, but its industries and infrastructure. After a previous career in Law Enforcement, John began his Real Estate career in 2000 and joined the Keller Williams SouthPark office in 2003. When KW Commercial first launched in 2008, John was extensively involved in commercial transactions. It was only fitting that John joined the Commercial Division upon its conception. His strengths include superior communication skills and navigating through difficult negotiations. Passionate about the business, John's goal is to be able to help his clients buy, sell, lease, or invest in commercial real estate with confidence and assurance. “One of the most rewarding aspects of Commercial Real Estate” John says, “is helping to launch new businesses as well as aid in the expansion of existing businesses.” He understands how the right location is crucial to the success of any business, and takes a personal interest in assuring the success of his clients. While away from work, John enjoys attending his alma mater, Appalachian State’s football games, cooking, boating, all things beach (especially the music), and is a diehard Panthers fan! He enjoys spending time with his wife, Gaye, and his daughter Candace.
