John Suerth

John Suerth is currently a First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, joining the firm following its merger with Insignia/ESG in July 2003. Mr. Suerth joined Insignia/ESG in 1993 as an Associate in the Industrial Brokerage Group and was promoted to Senior Associate in 1995 and Managing Director in 1997. He has over twelve years of industrial brokerage experience concentrating in the O'Hare and West Cook areas. His background includes four years prior experience working for an O'Hare area brokerage and development firm in the leasing of multi-tenant industrial units. Mr. Suerth has also specialized in and completed over 70 transactions involving airfreight and transportation companies. Achievements In 2001, Mr. Suerth completed over 1.3 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of 64 million dollars and was a finalist for "Industrial Broker of the Year" at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner. In 2003, Mr. Suerth completed 29 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $69,000,000, totalling 1.3 million square feet and was selected "Industrial Broker of the Year" at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner. Mr. Suerth has completed more than 275 transactions in his career with a cumulative transaction value in excess of 450 million dollars.
