As a General Contractor and Project Developer in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina, J. has been able to discern whether projects are worthwhile or catastrophes waiting to happen. To aid in his consultation abilities J received his Contracting License for the state of Florida and headed up many projects. In addition, he has been in real estate for 16 years.
