ABOUT

John joined CSU STRATA Real Estate Services as Director, Property Management in October 2013, bringing over 25 years of real estate and property management expertise. His education includes a BA of Industrial Design Specialization. Working along side Senior Real Estate Specialists, John develops and implements lease rates, marketing strategies and leasing parameters as well as negotiating leases, renewals, and expansions. A wearer of many hats, John effectively builds relationships with current and prospective tenants furthering the mission of CSU STRATA and the CSU System community.
