John Schultz

John received a BA in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Marketing from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University. He started his real estate career at Carter & Associates in 1998 and moved to Triad Commercial in 2001 where he focuses on industrial and investment properties. He receieved his SIOR designation as an Industrial Specialist in 2003. He has completed transactions across the region for clients such as Highwoods Properties, BB&T, Hanesbrands, Sonoco, Childress Klein Properties, Womble Carlyle, GE Real Estate, Chambers Street, Fastenal, Liberty Property Trust, Fed Ex Ground, Somerset Properties, Walker & Associates, Atlantic Corporation and Reynolds American. John is married with two sons and three dogs. He enjoys gardening, fishing and birding.
