John Salvino, a seasoned commercial real estate specialist, is dedicated to both hard work and smart strategies. Having spent most of his life in Lawrence, Kansas, and boasting over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, including property management and investing, John has firmly established himself as an expert in the field. John has been involved with over $120 million in assets across 2,000 multi-family units and more than 150,000 square feet of commercial space in eight states. He is active in several companies, including Midwest Property Management, a commercial and residential management company; MP Realty Partners, a Kansas real estate brokerage firm; and J+K Hospitality, a short- and mid-term rental company. John has managed the acquisition, management, and disposition of multi-family assets across the Midwest. His hands-on experience with distressed, mismanaged, and undervalued properties has allowed him to significantly increase their net operating income and value. In 2004, John became a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and also holds a Kansas real estate license. John is married and raising three children in Lawrence. As a lifelong Kansas resident, he enjoys spending time in both Lawrence and Colorado, where he indulges in mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and fly fishing.
