Mr. Ritchie has extensive experience in all phases of real estate development, including site selection, project management, entitlement/permitting and construction, and has worked extensively with both tenants and owners to meet their real estate objectives. Mr. Ritchie began to transition into real estate development in 2000. During his five years as vice president of commercial development with Jaco Oil Company, he was responsible for the completion of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Northwest Promenade Shopping Center in Bakersfield. He also developed the Super Walmart Centers at Panama 99 and Gosford & Pacheco shopping centers, as well as Olive Grove Crossings at Olive and Jewetta. He constructed buildings for Best Buy, Fashion Bug, Kohl’s, Petco, Rite Aid and Walgreens, and developed sites for Home Depot, Kohl’s, Lowes and Walmart. During his seven years as vice president of Roll Real Estate Development Mr. Ritchie was responsible for the acquisition and development of Crossroads Business Park, North Meadows Industrial Park, Paramount Logistics Park and the acquisition of 10000 Ming Avenue. He also constructed buildings for American Tire, Hillman Fastener, Preferred Pump, Paramount Bard Academy, Paramount Farming Office, Schlumberger and United Rentals. Mr. Ritchie began his real estate career in 1986 as an industrial property specialist for CBRE (Coldwell Banker Commercial). He achieved Salesman of the Year honors Deal Maker of the Year honors during his seven-year term.
