John Picco

John Picco joined C&W in 1999 as a Senior Director with the Brokerage Services group. His primary responsibilities include assisting corporate clients with their real estate planning and implementation in a regional/global capacity. During his 30-year career, Mr. Picco has completed transactions for several million sf of space on behalf of both tenants and landlords nationally. He has been ranked as one of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.’s Top 100 Brokers worldwide. Mr. Picco has conducted a broad range of tenant representation and building agency assignments in Manhattan and the suburban marketplace, including the disposition of 335,000 sf for JP Morgan Chase at 1211 Ave of the Americas; 115,000 sf headquarters relocation for ICAP North America in Jersey City, NJ; 65,000 sf headquarters relocation for Cambridge University Press at 32 Ave of the Americas; advisory work for Merrill Lynch; disposition of 125,000 sf for National Westminster Bank in Stamford, CT, and the 140,000 sf headquarters relocation for C. V. Starr & Co. LLC at 399 Park Avenue. Mr. Picco graduated with a BBA from Pace University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and is a licensed real estate broker in NY, NJ, MA, and CT.
