John Perkins is an Executive Vice President in the JLL Berwyn, Pennsylvania office. John delivers exceptional services and solutions to owners, occupiers and investors. His experience on both sides of a transaction have provided him with the expertise to consistently minimize costs and optimize efficiency for tenants and provide owners with market expertise to maximize their return on investment. This broad experience has also enabled him to better understand the point-of-view of his counterparts and resolve issues in the client’s best interest. John brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry with him to Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, John served as Senior Vice President in Grubb & Ellis’ suburban Philadelphia office. John acted as both a landlord and tenant representative. John has represented corporate tenants such as Citicorp, Airgas, Synthes/J & J, IBM, AT&T, Accenture, SAP, Verizon, Franklin Mint Credit Union, Project Management Institute, Fluor Daniel, National Elevator Pension Fund, Main Line Health Systems, Crozer-Keystone Health Systems and the Delaware County Intermediate Unit. John has also represented many property owners throughout the Delaware Valley region in the leasing and or sale of commercial real estate, including, Citicorp, Equus Partners, Keystone Property Group, The McKee Group and SAP. He is a licensed real estate Broker in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
