John prides himself on assisting his clients, with a hands-on pragmatic approach, guiding them through all facets of the property acquisition, leasing and disposition processes.John, a true Naples Native whose family has Ohio roots, have been residents of Naples since the early 60’s. John attended Florida State University, graduating in 2002 where he earned his Bachelor in Biology & Chemistry, before deciding to return home to Naples.He lives in Naples with his wife Danielle, his son John Paulich IV and daughter Abigail. John is competitive and loves all things sports and outdoors including fishing, hunting and boating.
