John O’Neil joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016. John specializes in landlord representation in Miami Dade County. He is known as one of the top dealmakers in the market, working for some of the most highly regarded institutional and local owners providing strategic consulting, marketing and lease negotiation expertise that helps protect and enhance the value of their office properties. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, John was a top producer at CB Richard Ellis for 11 years and worked at Taylor & Mathis the past 17 years until the company was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in August 2016. John has transacted almost four million square feet of agency leasing valuing more than $600 million. During his career, John has also been involved in the leasing of notable assets across South Florida such as Alhambra Plaza, Alhambra West, 550 Biltmore, Gables CitiTower, Douglas Centre, 9350 Financial Centre, Forum/Commons/Sunset Square office buildings, 404 Washington, Aventura Corporate Center I, II & III and Airport Executive Tower I & II.
