John Newland

John Newland thrives on the daily adventures and challenges of the real estate industry. Each client, customer, and property presents unique needs, and John excels at finding solutions to meet those needs. He believes in winning by helping others win. John began purchasing and managing real estate in 2001 and has been selling various types of real estate since 2004. In 2008, he founded his independent brokerage, TerraNova Real Estate, where he serves as the Principal Broker, to serve the Southeastern Wisconsin market. He specializes in working with real estate investors on property acquisitions and dispositions, offering both consulting and brokering services. His business also invests in properties for resale. Outside of his professional life, John enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, maintaining his collection of Radwood-era vehicles, fishing, and mountain biking.
