John Nasca

John Nasca is Director at Sticks Investment Group, where he leads the firm’s industrial acquisition pipeline, capital-markets execution, and investor relations across the Northeast. Leveraging more than a decade of investment sales experience in brokerage and over $2 billion in closed transactions, John brings institutional rigor and deep market insight to Sticks' expanding platform. Before joining Sticks in 2025, he served as Executive Director of Capital Markets at Lee & Associates Boston and earlier held senior roles on the capital markets teams at Colliers and JLL. John earned a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland and is an active NAIOP and REFA member.
