John has been active in the commercial real estate community in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area since 1981. He has had the opportunity to work with some of the area’s finest organizations and individuals and has been responsible for the management and leasing of portfolios consisting of multi-family residential, office, retail and flex space. John formed The Lann Companies with Judith Brown in 1991. Together, they shared the initial task of structuring the company and establishing operating philosophies and service goals. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Management from La Roche College of Pittsburgh, and has completed all educational and experience requirements for both the Certified Property Manager and Certified Commercial Investment Member designations.
