John Merenda

John has been actively involved in several sectors of commercial real estate since 1993. His expertise involves site selection, deal pipeline management, leasing (existing and new construction), tenant representation and development. With 27 years experience in real estate, John has worked for Hallmark Cards as a Regional Real Estate Manager for the Mid Atlantic Region, Caribou Coffee as its Director of Real Estate, Perrine Wheeler Real Estate Investment as its Director of Leasing and currently owns and operates JMS Commercial that primarily focuses on retail and industrial acquisitions, investment sales and site selection for his broad base of clients. With his unique perspective in real estate having worked as both a regional landlord/developer and national retailer, John has taken his expertise to JMS.
